The team consists of 4 colleagues with a corresponding role, as well as 2 agent developers who work with the reading of shop prices. They are equally divided between our Ängelholm and Stockholm studios.
The team is responsible for all our markets, which are: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, United Kingdom, France and New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing
Making a difference for our users and customers everyday by giving them a service experience they will never forget through:
Responding to conversations from users and customers coming via email or chat
Escalate technical questions and/or complex issues and resolve them together with other departments/teams
Participate in customermeetings to improve collaboration
Search for root causes in order to be more proactive
Contribute to relevant content in our Help Center
Be part of cross-functional teams to drive initiatives throughout Prisjakt
Manage shop and product reviews
What we need you to bring
Several years of experience in support/customer service
You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
Experience of customermeetings, online and in person.
Bonus points if you also have this
Experience from working with Customer Success
If you speak Norwegian/French//Danish/Finnish, it's almost a done deal
Where: Ängelholm, Malmö or Stockholm. We are a hybrid company so you are also free to work some from home if you want.

Som nördar älskar vi att lära oss och utveckla nya intressen. Hos Prisjakt får du därför varje vecka, under tre timmar betald arbetstid, möjlighet att lära dig något nytt. Kanske är det det nytt programmeringsspråk, kanske drömmer du om att bli riktigt grym på videoredigering eller så vill du verkligen lära dig skriva haiku. Du bestämmer!

We started out in 2002, as a small hobby activity in Ängelholm, Sweden. The founders had the same need of making good purchases, and avoiding the bad ones, as you. Initially, the service consisted of facts and prices of products that they themselves had planned to buy. Today, we are more than 220 people working towards giving you the best possible information before you decide on your purchases, and we now exist in seven countries.
